In Via Fani, a side street of Corso Vannucci in the historic center of Perugia, we designed an apartment in a medieval building. After the first visit to the building site for the necessary surveys, we had to travel to meet the customers in the far east. All the design was done online and through video calls we remained in contact with the owners, for continuous revisions. Upon our return, we coordinated the site, concluding a new and interesting work experience.

We have been called by the owner of a property in via del Verzaro, in the historical center of Perugia. His house, put up for sale in the current conditions, has never attracted any customer. We created a virtual project so that the buyer could understand how his new home could turn out to be. With this material in hand, the property was sold in less than a week.
